The staff and management are so helpful and kind. I feel secure knowing their watchful eyes will keep my things safe and secure.customer service is above the best, I would recommend them to anyone in need of a safe place to keep thier things.
the facility is best I have found in the west. I have storage in the NW also but the facility in Tucson handles my need to trickle charge the battery while in storage, the car is covered and there is plenty of space between vehicles so you do worry about door dings
The managers are nice people. They claim no accidents ever parking you're RV. My 5th wheel had damage when I went to pick it up to go on a trip. They bent my front hydraulic jack. They denied everything even after I showed evidence of it happening at their facility. The repair shop wanted $1300 to replace the hydraulic jack they had bent. They wouldn't help with deductible. I'm very disappointed in this in self storage. I'm not returning to this facility.
IN Self Storage in Tucson is the most fabulous facility we could imagine for someone with an RV. Owning an expensive RV in the Arizona desert really makes no sense unless you have this sort of indoor, cooled, heated and secure storage garage. The team that runs it is very personable, knows us by name even though we are relatively new and is always anxious to do whatever is needed to make us comfortable with our decision to park/store with them.
