Lots of miscommunication on when my rugs were finished and being delivered. I was told my rugs were going to be delivered on 3 separate occasions and were confused with another customer “with the same name”. I got my two rugs back after over a month. Thankfully they were cleaned. However one of my rugs had been tagged with someone else’s name on it “Julia” and both rugs were tagged with the wrong phone number.
