EMS owes us $21,000 plus change. Do not use them they are a scam!! They made excuses why payments were not received. They had us do a lot of work very quickly in a very short period of time for local Check into Cash and 99 Cent Stores and we are not able to reach them or collect! Do not use them!!

The company I work for has been trying to collect over $2000 in past due invoices for services performed 11 mos ago. When you call they tell you the check is mailed, or will be mailed on such & such date, or is submitted to be cut. Now we get no answers at all, only the answering service. We've left multiple messages, emailed invoices, mailed invoices & even faxed them. Nothing. Don't use them, they don't pay their bills. **They also do business as Pacific Air Conditioning and Heating**
