Whilst the NRN were prompt in actioning our request, we were overcharged $5000, which we picked up. NRN have amended the invoice but have yet to return the money paid as promised. They are not answering our phone calls, or returning our voicemails and emails, either directly from us or from our insurance company, hence the review. We are really disappointed, please get in contact with us asap to organise our refund

Amazing service by this company. Loved the carpet drying and the mold removals. I just love how they immediately assisted me when I just gave them a call and the whole team came and dried our carpet and helped us with the removing the molds. I really love their service I will especially thank Mr Adi for helping us. I strongly recommend national restoration Australia for all your water damage problems or if you have any flooded problems.
