We had an overflowing toilet send water into the hallway, bedroom and home office before we even knew what was happening. We started the cleanup, called NRT and when Victor and Simon arrived they jumped right in and took over. They are both hardworking, extremely polite, knowledgeable, and knew just what they had to do. I had a flood in my bathroom which is in my bedroom and both were severely damaged. It took way too long for the entire project to be completed mostly due to insurance we were told. However, once the reconstruction finally got underway the team that took care of it were really great. Justin was the project manager and did a fine job but the guys who really got the work done were Minor and Edgar. On February 3 the plumber referred me to NRT because we had a broken pipe and the crawl space below the house was full of filth. I am so very grateful that he did! Kevin and Leo did an amazing job, solving the problem quickly and with minimal disruption and disorder, working around our four cats and the three of us, and keeping us informed and positive throughout!
