They were a much bigger nuisance than the water leak. They took a few days to get to start the work. Will Stubblefield was the project manager and sounded very professional when he came for measurements. But after that, he was missing or useless. The workers did what they pleased without rhyme or reason. They left a third of the portion wet and wouldn't come back.
