I have been without a functioning garage door for over three weeks, and this is not the first time we’ve been left without basic amenities. Last time, we went four months without a dryer. Our service requests are never resolved in a timely manner, despite the fact that we always communicate promptly and cooperate with every single request — even ones that are extremely inconvenient, like middle-of-the-day inspections.
