THIS COMPANY INCORRECTLY RECORDED MY VIN NUMBER WHEN TRANSFERRING MY CONTRACT TO SUB-CONTRACTOR. THE ISSUE IS ON GOING AND DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE MY VEHICLE IS NOT COVERED BY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY I PAID SO MUCH FOR. IVE TRIED TO CONTACT AND RESOLVE MY ISSUE, HOWEVER I CAN ONLY GET A VOICEMAIL.

This company calls almost daily. I don't have a warrantied vehicle nor do I need a warranty. Yet this company calls uninvited almost every day, sometimes 2-3 times a day. I need this to stop.

If I could give no stars, I would! My 71 year old father had this warranty, and every time he went to take his vehicle in, nothing was ever covered under the warranty. So, of course, he decided that he wanted to cancel it since he was essentially paying for a service that was of no use to him. I was with him when he was on the phone with customer service trying to cancel. They said he couldn't do it over the phone, and that it had to be faxed with a letter stating that he was canceling. This company used very aggressive marketing to convince my 88 year old mother to agree to an extended warranty for her 10+ year old vehicle that is driven very little. Their methods are aggressive and deceptive. A quick check online shows nothing but negative reviews for this company. I don't understand how they are allowed to stay in business. I receive calls from this company several times a week. If I don't answer, they don't leave a message. Sometimes when I answer they immediately hang up, sometimes I tell them I am not interested and then they hang up. Today when I got the call, I told the woman that I am not interested and she interrupted me to tell me listen to what she had to say before I decided I wasn't interested. Extremely rude company. Joe called and stated he was from National Protection Service about the extended warranty on my car. I said "Joe, I don't have that car any longer." And he replied "well I didn't tell you what car it was but whatever." I started to reply that I have two cars, both are new under factory warranty so I didn't need him to tell me which car it was but he hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. Received an illegal solicitation call from this business on my Do Not Call registered cell phone trying to sell me "vehicle protection". I calmly asked them if this was for the two vehicles I just leased and the female on the phone got very rude and told me "F*ck You!" then hung up. I find this to be threatening, unprofessional, and against the law. I am currently on a lengthly hold with their office to try and report this to them, but I have been on hold over 15 minutes. these people call me several times a day I am on NO CALL list they call me home phone my cell phone I have told them to stop numerous times. I never had a extended warranty on my car and I am in the car business so if I was going to get one I would get through work. Women got very nasty with me I will call police and file complaint if I get one more call.
