We had a property valuation conducted for a cost of $600. The solicitor said that he needed an original copy and signature for stamp duty purposes. Max the valuer said that would cost $50 to print and send and that an email copy was all that could be provided. I asked Max if I could personally print a copy and take it to wherever was convenient for him so it could be signed, Max said that he was not prepared to do this.
