I had the misfortune to engage Max at national property valuers. He proved himself to be completely incompetent and not a man of his word. Needed a valuation to be done quickly Max promised to do it in 3 business days, engaged him on 4.12.23 (I needed it urgently) and he triumphed on about how good he was. Engaged him even though he was by FAR THE MOST EXPENSIVE QUOTE in the expectation of adhering to his promise of 3 days.
