Used them for years and it’s been constant issues. Lack of effective communication, not delivering when promised, and unhelpful staff have pushed us to look elsewhere for propane. Be very careful with their contract language, I urge against the pre-buy option even though they harass you into it.
Issues with delivery. Not honoring signed prebuy agreement Happened 2018 and several years ago.
