After my personal experience with this company, I would not recommend their products and or services to anyone. Especially small business owners. Their products are over priced and inconsistent quality. Sourcing specifics yourself would be much cheaper than even having a superstore subscription through these guys. Terrible experience with National Prides Norwalk, Ohio location. On several visits to their Buckeye Express car wash their system would not process my vehicle information and allow me to get my vehicle washed when I had an up to date membership pass. Their customer service manager informed me that the issue was their software but made zero attempt to ensure I was satisfied with her response on the matter. Terrible customer service and then ended my call when I indicated I felt she had done nothing to resolve my issue.
