Poor Presto products, warranties, customer service Presto products, warranty, and customer service are inferior. I've had a 4 qt cooker for just 3 years, and the handle falls off. The handle has only 1 screw and no lock washers holding it on. I filed a warranty appeal with customer service to get a replacement cooker. I submitted images and detailed descriptions of the defective design and inferior workmanship of the handle attachment.
