I wouldn't even rate them at poor, at this point. They took 4 months to come out. That wasn't a problem because they told us in advance it would be awhile. They told us it would take 2 days, but it ended up being a 4 day job and we had to fight to get them to haul everything off. The contractor they sent was not a very nice person. 2 weeks after the building was up, the shingles started coming off.
