The team at national were great! Flexible, knowledgeable and very timely. They got a pool heater installed in no time and the workmanship was top quality. Very happy with the price as well. Nice work Justin! Thanks again!
I had a fantastic experience with Justin and Tracy from National Pools. The team was knowledgeable, guiding me through choosing the right heater for my pool size and climate. They arrived on time, ensured proper placement with adequate clearance for ventilation, and completed the installation efficiently. The plumbing and electrical connections were clean and secure. I Highly recommend National Pools for their expertise and excellent service!
My recent experience with Kountry closing my pool was excellent. It has changed my view on National Pools after some previous negative experiences. I hope the company continues to focus on improving their customer experience and service. This is the first time my pool was properly closed in 4 years. If you have switched away and are thinking to come back to National and you live in Flemington area I would give them a second chance.
Kountry was able to troubleshoot my pool problems when others were not able to. He was always personable and explained what I needed to do between servicing while trying to troubleshoot the issues.
