Great customer service
Tom came to my friend's home with samples of tile for replacement in her pool. He was rude, and very unpleasant to talk to. The next day when the order was canceled because of his attitude, he called my friend, the realtor and myself old biddies. This is unacceptable behavior. If he's the owner of this franchise, he should be investigated by corporate! Welcome to social media Tom!!! Never underestimate the power of us old biddies...
