Do not listen to the negative comments and review from Kelley Gentry as she was simply turned away as she is not a contractor. "Knowing" a contractor does not matter Kelley. In order to do business there "you" need a contractors license and to set up an account there. I highly doubt Debbie was rude to you and maybe you just did not like the answer you got and felt that being told no is rude. Too many entitled people. Very professional call center and helpful staff.
Called to see if they sell to the public or just to contractors. The very rude lady that answered the phone "Debbie" I believe was her name, informed me they only sell to licensed contractors. Okay, well it just so happens that I personally know a few. So I proceeded to ask her if they have a specific part in Stock and get the price, and she states "Ummm... are you a licensed pool contractor?" I reply "no, but I have a few friends that are."
