The store staff are rude and not helpful at all, especially the guy at billing. I visited the Santa Clara one where the staff go above and beyond to be helpful.

Good selection, friendly design staff (one gal) it looked like they used to be a lot bigger and have scaled down. Lots of empty office partitions around the show room. She let me take a bunch of samples home so I could be sure I was happy with my choices. After several weekends of searching online for the right pool tile, my wife was able to make a hands on decision in under an hour by going here
