They refuse to let customers in their showroom unless you have an appointment. We found this out when our family showed up to browse. The woman told us "this is a fairly new policy." We told the woman that we just needed to look at materials to tell our contractor what to order and she rudely replied with "our showroom is closed," even though the business was open, doors unlocked and we were there during their posted business hours. Customer service from this location is extremely rude and condicensing. I was trying to ask question about a additional freight charge when I had no clue this would be due. The women Carmen would not let me get a word in just disrespectful on the phone and says that’s how it is. I know what it costs for my company to ship a pallet of material but apparently they have no clue what a box of tile costs.
Incredible selection of pool tile. Plus they have samples that you can take home to see how it matches. We picked out a beautiful glass tile to go with quartzite stone coping. It’s a beautiful combination.

Carmen gave me the best customer service I have ever received in my life and I am 40 years old and business owner! Wish everyone was as kind and patient as she! The store was also very impressive with their vast array of pool tiles!!! Wonderful experience, thank you!!
