We drove an hour to National Pool Tile store in San Marcos because their google maps listing showed they were open from 7am to 11am, only to find that they are closed all day! Now we have to drive an hour back home. It’s irresponsible and inconsiderate to not keep your business hours updated. I’ll be filing a formal complaint to google my business.
I wanted to added new glass tile to my pool. National pool tile had tons of samples. Selected one called equinox, very shiny and shimmers when the sun hits it.
They refuse to let customers in their showroom unless you have an appointment. We found this out when our family showed up to browse. The woman told us "this is a fairly new policy." We told the woman that we just needed to look at materials to tell our contractor what to order and she rudely replied with "our showroom is closed," even though the business was open, doors unlocked and we were there during their posted business hours. Customer service from this location is extremely rude and condicensing. I was trying to ask question about a additional freight charge when I had no clue this would be due. The women Carmen would not let me get a word in just disrespectful on the phone and says that’s how it is. I know what it costs for my company to ship a pallet of material but apparently they have no clue what a box of tile costs.
Incredible selection of pool tile. Plus they have samples that you can take home to see how it matches. We picked out a beautiful glass tile to go with quartzite stone coping. It’s a beautiful combination.
