The waiting time for loading is very long, at least three hours. From what I saw, they are trying to be organized, but unfortunately it doesn’t work. The process is slow and confusing. Everything looks like never will be finished.
had appoinment at 7p , came at 12pm and finally got loaded around 11pm
Had a 5pm appointment… it’s now 9pm and I think my load is being hand-crafted one pipe at a time by monks in the Himalayas. National Pipe & Plastics has truly mastered the art of redefining the word ‘appointment’ — apparently it just means ‘show up and age gracefully in your truck.’ On the bright side, I’ve had time to memorize every crack in the parking lot and bond emotionally with my steering wheel. At this rate, I’ll be eligible for Social Security before I’m loaded.
This place is an absolute dumpster fire they don't even deserve to be in business if you're a trucking company or a truck or looking for a load do not come to this place I've been here now for 4 hours and 30 minutes and not the least bit of Hope in sight run for your life in the opposite direction this place needs to be locked up this is the most diabolical garbage that I have ever seen in the 19 years of driving
