I took our small Canon commercial copier in for repair, and man, did this company take great care of us! They helped me get my copier into their store. Within 24 hours, their tech called me with what they found and how much it would cost to repair (very fair by the way). Repaired and ready for me quite promptly. I know National Business Solutions serves larger businesses, but they take great care of everyone!

Debbie and Dan are WONDERFUL and there is no better company in Eugene for your printing needs. They are quick to respond, and no problem goes unsolved. We have enjoyed working with them and will continue to do so as long as our Preschool is open :)
I have worked with National Business Solutions for over 15 years, and have always been impressed with their professionalism and friendly staff. They are prompt with delivering the supplies that we need, and in the rare occasion we need a repair done to our printer, they are quick in their response, communicating clearly what needs to be done, and getting the repair done without much inconvenience to our office. I highly recommend National Business Solutions!!
The thing I have appreciated most working with Rich is that he is quick to respond and follow up with what he says he will do. He has been very patient with me when needing to explain how things work...multiple times usually. He is personable and happy which makes it comfortable to communicate with him.
