I have been trying to reach the NPA about the status of my certification renewal. Each time I call I’m on hold for over an hour and never even get to speak with someone. I’ve tried emailing several times over the last few weeks and have never gotten a response back. I purchased my renewal 8/31/2020 and on 11/14/2020 still have not received my certificate seal. I just want to know when I should expect to get it and why the status of it online says awaiting fulfillment still. Payment was accepted and charged to my credit card ... read more
