Having to go here to have a Pet Scan done, is usually an uneasy feeling. But the staff makes me feel si comfortable, that I forget about my fears.
The staff is incompetent and are unable to provide you with correct details of your appointment. I had to ask about what I should do to prep for a scan and I could barely get an answer out of the receptionist. I finally had to suggest ideas like "can I eat before?"... "How much water can I drink before?..." I am shocked by the lack of educated employees...but then again we are in Florida.. This company does not provide reasonable solutions for rescheduling. They only have 1 tech for CT Scans which can only be done on Wednesd... read more
My wife had a pet scan in June and they gave her a cash price of $1000 afterwards they build her insurance which was out of network and charged her another $1200 feel like it was unfair and if was going to be through the insurance I would not have gone to a place that was out of network
Outstanding faculty and the people are even better. Would not go any other place, they make you feel at ease.
