Confusing practices
Submitted a simple request online several weeks ago. It's been in "processing" since the day after I submitted it, with no other information, no estimated date of completion, and no way to follow up.
A lot of inconsistent information between the website, customer service and the front desk.
Customer service non existant. Nobody answers phones or responds. No email responses. Wasting taxpayer money. Response time 2 years. Extremely difficult to request military records for a deceased relative. Remove leadership. Get DOGE in here and fire the leadership.
