A very steady and great place to work if you can do your job and follow the tech plans. Offers 401k retirement uniforms medical insurance dental and vision. Most people come for the easy work and good pay.
I worked at this company for nearly 4 years. I really loved the work that I did and even the environment to a degree. I also was very...very good at what I do. But there a few snakes that run that place and I was bitten. I believe that I am a victim of racial discrimination. It is even documented in my file that racial slurs have been said to me by management at that. And ever since the new plant manager showed up my job has been on the line. He puts me on probation, suspended me and fired me all the while his "good ol boys"... read more
Very poor upper management. No one has answers......they just pass the buck to look good to the Japanese ownership.
