Great place to go, always helpful and knowledgeable!
They have a good selection of shoes, but I have had problems with them getting the modification correct even though it has a note posted in my account. They have to send the shoes back to their lab to correct the mistake. The office staff was very rude no apology just a you'll have to go back in line and wait for the lab with no consideration for their mistake. Another 2 weeks or more.
I met with Kathy to address the issues of finding good shoes for me because of my high arches. She was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend.
