I had a fantastic customer service experice. My father is in a state severe decline he was being transported from hospital to a new facility. This review is the only way I have to say thank you to the kind staff member who explained to me the next steps and that my concerns about absent paperwork were unneeded. He listened to my concerns and understood my postion while calmly giving information I needed. I couldn’t believe how the driver had a no care attitude. He was half an hour late picking me up. He had no apology for that either. He then goes the long way to the hospital which made me an hour late for my percedure . When you have to be at the hospital by a certain time, then YOU as this company need to make sure that the person gets there on time. My Perdue almost got cancelled. We very recently had to utilise npt after my mum had a stroke and couldn’t get in and out of the car for her dialysis treatment, we used them 3 times a week for 5 weeks, had so many different teams come, every single person was absolutely lovely, some quiet some chatty, but there was not one single bad attitude, they all praised mum on the progress she was making, talked her through her backwards steps, like her own personal cheer squad!
