Roads crews are awesome people, but unfortunately the general managers are poor at there job and no one seems to know who the boss is, because they think there running the show.

Disgraceful Behaviour!!! National Patient Transport showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic decency today at the Box Hill Transit pickup area. Their vehicle was sitting idle in the pickup zone, blocking access. When I asked them to move so I could collect my brother — who had just undergone a hip replacement and was waiting to be picked up — they refused. No explanation, no courtesy, no concern whatsoever. I was transported Christmas Eve from boxhill to Peter James rehab day 2 after knee replacement by Narrelle and Will. I couldn’t be more thankful. The care and support they gave me went way beyond standard patient care. I was very sore and emotionally fragile. Not very often do you come across people who are in their perfect profession. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. What a credit to your organisation NPT.

My first time experience with NPT & more importantly Sarah & Bino were very positive.They were both very discreet,punctual,efficient & showed great patience with my 95 yr old mother & the Hospital situation concerning the lack of beds. Thankfully with their understanding they sacrificed their stretcher for Mother to have her appointment & no doubt creating setbacks & inconvenience for themselves.Well done NPT with such employees like Sarah & Bino making life so less complicated..well done!
