The online experience is SO bad that I have to assume they are hoping people on 10 year level term policies will not figure out a way to pay their bill and they will be able to cancel the policy in the money. SO BAD across so many dimensions.
Wow. Customer service. What a complete joke. Called three days in a row, waited over 20 minutes first day, thirty minutes on day two and finally got a live person on day 3 after 44 minutes. Parker was kind enough to talk to me about my issue but didn’t like the questions I posed for him - question about wait time and if I left a message on average how quickly do you return the call. Said tax and flu season were affecting wait time. This company needs to work on customer care. Obviously from their overall rating is a concern.
Life insurance premiums suddenly jump by double. I can't afford that. I guess they lose a customer. But they don't care, they have ten years of my money that they don't have to give back
Wow! The worst customer interaction and support. I just want to pay on a 20 year term policy that I have had for 16 years...that's how they will drop you as a policy holder, they just won't take a payment. Can't be reached, I am now on hour 2 of trying to speak with a live person. I can see my policy online but can't pay it, won't recognize me on pay by phone, why? Wow!
