What a horrible financial institution to deal with. I bought a 10 pay whole life insurance plan with Ohio National, 7 years ago. AusuStar bought Ohio National out 2 years later, along with my policy. AuguStar has the worst web site to use to find out your investment information. It's never updated, usually a full year behind. Then I can never get help from anyone on the phone.
