Unspeakably bad customer service! Long time policy holder. Not renewing my policy and I do not recommend this company.
Customer service sucks. Phone system sucks. Buy elsewhere.
Such poor customer service, I have sent checks to them, tried to pay online payment portal, even called customer care and emailed them. No response from them. I have tried to change my auto deduct account no but they have made it impossible.
