I ordered a motor almost 3 weeks ago and they took my money and never gave me tracking and said it was damaged in shipping. I have asked for a refund but yet to receive one. This is a pure scam so do not buy from them. I will be filing a police report and trying to get my hard earned money back. What a disgrace that people would do this. They are all foreigners when you call and I am sure they are not even in the US! I hope that I can put a stop to this when I get the police involved.
Ordered an engine right around Thanksgiving. They told us it would ship 5-7 days..... today .is 12/28/2023. Still haven't received it. We call and they love to say, give me a half hour... and they ghost you for a week. If I don't get my engine, I will be filing a police report .
I ordered a transmission paid in full Monday October 30th 2023 to this day I still have not received it I spoke to a man named Ron, shipping it's like they don't want to pick up the phone and call you to tell you what's going on but they don't have a problem taking your money up front great job national parks that said they were going to inspect it and ship it out and now I'm going to maybe get it next week I don't know the communication is not very well done
