These people have no idea what they are doing. Just got sent to collections for a balance we do not owe. I sent them proof of payment from my bank multiple times showing they cashed the check. They either applied it to the wrong account or one of their employee stole it and is trying to scam me out of $100.

The worst experience with their customer service. Paid early and extra on my account but got double billed. Called in to correct it and was told to wait for it to post for a refund. Confirmation number and online system shows the two payments. Given nothing but the run around. Devon the manager has yet to return my call. Every rep has read the notes left on my account and Devon lied. Crazy! Do not work with these people! Sending complaints to the board of IHC here to not work with them. They are horrible!

I thought everything had been handled through my insurance, but received a bill almost 2 years after my son's surgery. They did not bill the right insurance and had not been paid, but I didn't know anything about it. Now it is past timely billing and the insurance will not cover it. After speaking to my insurance company and many representatives at NPH, I finally got to talk to Devone Brown. She was GREAT to work with. Spoke with NPH on August 29th with my Insurance provider on the phone, faxed explanation of benefits with the NPH rep on the phone, confirmed the refund amount I was owed, and was told the soonest they could process the refund was 7-10 business days and a check would be put in the mail. NPH received the payment from my insurance on August 30th and never began the refund process. Called back September 25th and they still hadn't started the refund. This company has tried to grow in PHX arizona and throughout the country with disastrous outcomes and results. I spoke with their billing today. WOW! They want $1000 per hr for anesthesia for an ankle scope. I laughed.. Have to love the hard working private equity people..
