This is the worst orthodontic service! They don't care about their customers at all! I have been going here for almost two years and now they want to charge me more money for their error. They can cancel your appointment when it's convenient for them but charge you to cancel yours. I am putting in a BBB complaint! My experience here was the best visit I have ever had at a doctors office. The staff was welcoming and nice! I highly recommend them for nice smiles!!!!
PEOPLE PLEASE RUN FROM THE OFFICE AT TURNER HILL ( STONE CREST ). THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. ALSO THE SUPERVISOR IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL TOO. SERVICE SO POOR. THE WORSE ORTHODONTICS EVER!!!!!!! RUN........
I have 2 girls and all of them needed braces. Alma really gave me a good price for them. Thank you and thanks to the staff & Dr. Thomas for your help. Highly Recommended!!
