To all my Georgia fellows, please DO NOT come to National Orthodontics. The most unprofessional folks in town. They have neglected my daughter. They’re also so racist….today was the last drop. my daughter was a patient for 2 years, started out ok, the young lady who worked at front desk was very professional. After my daughter wore braces for little over two years,her dentist said there was a hard substance like bonding left on her teeth now this is something the clinical staff should have been more meticulous about. When selecting an orthodontist, please DO NOT choose this place. They are very anxious to get your business but when doing so, they do not honor the prints in the contracts and agreements. I agree with others comments in that they will easily cancel your appt at the last minute (after it takes weeks & months to get one) but will charge you if you cancel. I have been trying to get my son age 13 dental forms, so he can see another dentist and Ms. Elma keeps giving me the run around. For 2 months now, She said she will have his forms ready 3 times, every time I catch her, she don’t remember talking to me. I been trying to hold off from the negative review, but they leave me no choice. She mentioned to me that there is so many transfers and that’s the hold up, why hold up a 13 year old kid from seeing another dentist, all I can do is shake my head, black folks will do it to you.... read more
