Rude people there. If your store has 2 stars in general, why wouldn't you take a look at the people you hired to work there?
Terrible customer service! I don't think anyone has a clue whats going on! I waited over 3 months to get my trial contacts and every time I called to check the status of my contacts I would get an excuse to why they haven't been received yet. I would get put on hold every time, sometimes until the line hung up and I would end up calling again. Had to wait 20 days for my two pair of glasses bc the MANAGER, dropped the ball on the order. I have my glasses now, but it's the wrong prescription. This is a clown show. Absolute worse experience from a service provider. This was my first and last time patronizing this company. You should be ashamed. I called and was placed on hold until the line hung up. You wouldn't answer my call bc you were screening the caller ID. I called right back blocking my number and got an answer. This is ridiculous. Greenbriar is the worst!
I loved my service at the National Optometry in Kempsville. Thought i would give Greenbriar a try.....BAD MOVE. The worst experience EVER.
