Tried to order interior parts wasn’t interested was told he’s getting out of mustangs yet advertisement is still in the mustang roundup magazine very poor
never sent the manual i ordered wont answer calls or emails
Had a bad experience with Lou. Paid for available parts online website. Two days later parts online not available. I called Lou he told me he would express post next day.Never happened. Lou then said he would refund me. Whi h he did but payment was declined throught PayPal. No money was ever transferred. Two weeks later I had to raise a dispute with PayPal another week PayPal had to refund me as Lou didn't. THANKS PAYPAL.

Lou was amazing and great to deal with. My carpets were delayed with the floods and Lou went out of his way to check with the post office and update me as soon as they were dispatched.
