I have no idea why there aren't more 5 star reviews for this company. From making the booking and to collecting the car, it couldn't have been a more seamless experience. They provide you with automated messages every step of the way and all emails to their team with questions were answered promptly. Plus it was shockingly inexpensive to move my car from Sydney to Melbourne. These guys are leagues above most Australian companies when it comes to operational efficiency.

They are the worst thing that ever happened to me in the past 10 years. I paid them in full just 24 hours before I the drop-off day. I took the car to the security where it was inspected for any pre-existing conditions. They refused to give me a receipt and that was when I realised they are just a subcontractor among many hundred ones. I called their office and after explaining the situation to their operation manager who was a very rude Jessica or something. Hey, my brother used this service to move his car from Melbourne to Brisbane, but when he picked it up, he found new scratches on it. They even hit the bumper! When he went there to complain, they denied everything and hid the old photos. They didn't even offer to pay for the repairs. Such unprofessional and bad service.
