Dave had been wonderful in dealing with our mortgage finance for our first home. He always gave right advices and had been very patient. When other lenders were telling rates are going up (just to scare us and get us to commit to them), he was the only one telling us to wait for locking the rates. Dave was always available for any queries.
We love Dave so much!!! We took his advice to urgue for the survey fee from the title company which saved us $1200 at closing! He is supet paiteint with us waiting for the perfect timing to lock the best rate for us. He pretty much updated us every day on it. He is also great problem solver for documentation. We really appreciate his transparency, objectiveness and honesty. And his fee is resaonable.
