Unfortunately I dropped my iPad while holidaying in Mackay & it stopped working. I took my iPad to National Mobile in Mackay & within 24 hours they had it fixed. I also learned that on a previous occasion when I had my iPad battery replaced in Newcastle NSW, at considerable cost, the new battery had not been secured properly, which contributed to why my iPad stopped working after I dropped it.
