This review is based on my own truthful experience. I brought in a Samsung Galaxy s25 ultra to have a screen replacement. The phone had no other faults at the time of dropping it off. I paid $500+. On pick up, I signed to take possession of the phone. I was advised that there is a 3 month warranty on the screen replacement. The following day, I noticed pixels on the screen and the camera was not operating. I phoned the store and they advised me to bring it in.
