I was given a window of 8-1 to replace my water meter. By 1:15 no one had showed. I called the company and she asked if she could call me back. 10 minutes later she called to reschedule - the technician had run into issues. I completely understand that unforseen problems can arise but you should COMMUNICATE this to your customers. Our time is also valuable and everyones work schedule is not working from home. It is difficult to time off and no one shows and then have to take another day! Very unprofessional.
