had a guy drive me today but he was legit watching youtube on his phone while driving, he was also driving really sporadically. super unprofessional and dangerous i hope i dont get you guys again.

grateful for the rides but difficult. Drivers here in Las Vegas are often inpatient. Time is money I realize however the medical transport realizes and must advise the drivers...we are often elderly, slow, sometimes ill, and foggy. My phone suddenly died and I could not respond by phone. Rushed to the door...but driver already gone. I don't think he was here 3 minutes,. Am having to replace the phone for it died yet again today, so i have no use of it for appointments next week. The wait time for an assistant who can respond... read more

I worked for them very briefly a few years ago. The job was through an employment agency. I was told the salary would be open to discussion at the right time. I was low balled. I went from $13 an hour to only $15 - and that that was the very highest amount. I should've told the Manager Enola Harvey that it wasn't enough and I'd have to move on. Big mistake. these people are complete dolts!! I called to arrange transportation for my mother and gave them her date of birth and name. They said there was no such person. When I explained that she isn't in 'their' system as she never used them, she asked what type of insurance she had. Doesn't matter as I am paying for this myself. Then of course, the fake phone interference. Beware, complete scam artists here!!

Cant Attest to trips for weeks at a time have not been paid for my mileage for over a month ,on hold on the phone for hours after each call in. then being hung up on, the worst services in life, billing have there phone set for after hours and you cant leave a message . i will be seeking legal advice
