No one ever wants to have to goto the ER, but when you do, there are a few things you would wish for the most: 1) Courteous and even friendly front desk staff who greet you when you come in or approach the desk 2) A quick check in process as painless as possible (since obviously you're already in some sort of pain so you wouldn't want to add to it any more) 3) A relatively short waiting time before being brought to the back for triage 4) A somewhat comfortable waiting room (although this is less than important if #3 is good)... read more
We had great experience visiting West Boca Medical Center Emergency room. I can’t find words to say how lucky we were to get Dr. Kenia Dominguez as our emergency Dr. She is so knowledgeable and understanding. She was able to diagnose my son within a minute . Thank you so much Dr Dominguez!!! Im so happy that we have doctor like this so professional and caring!!
