I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the conditions of the examination I recently attended at your center. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disorganized and unprofessional. None of the computers were functioning properly, and repairs were being conducted during our scheduled exam time, which directly impacted the time available for us to complete the test. This testing center is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They never answer the phone, making it nearly impossible to get any information or assistance. On top of that, they repeatedly cancel at the last minute without any explanation, wasting time and causing unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, there is zero feedback after testing—no updates, no clarification, nothing. The lack of professionalism and basic communication is beyond frustrating. If you have any other options, avoid this place at all costs
This is the most unprofessional place that I’ve ever had to deal with. I have sent my application in. I have not heard back from anybody. It’s like they wanna take people’s money. Why do you post the number on the website? If you’re not gonna answer. Then say to email you and nobody responds to your email !!! I don’t even know why. This place is horrible no number that I received anyone answers. I took my test 4/17/24 supposedly they couldn't grade my exam and it's now May 4th and STILL do not have my exam results!!! Please stay away take your test somewhere else!
Have sent in documents to recertification along with payment almost 2 months ago have also emailed multiple times and no response. Wish I would’ve read the reviews then I would’ve stayed away from this location.
