I was a “walk in” patient yesterday. Sat in the waiting room for over 50 minutes. Receptionist said they had to take people with appointments first. Understandable. I was out of time so I made an appointment for the next day and left. Today I arrived 14 minutes early for my appointment at 1:00 PM. I sat in the waiting room until 40 minutes past my appointment time. I took my kid to Primacare and had a wonderful visit. Jodi at the front desk was welcoming and got us in quickly as she could. We were treated by Ryan and Tracey. They both handled my daughter with care and make sure she was comfortable for her x-ray and was not scared. Thank you for all the great care!

This was as easy and reasonable as any medical experience I have ever had. I developed a UTI on a Saturday and went to this clinic early Sunday afternoon, (called ahead) they called I went over that and was in and out with my prescription in no time at all. So now on Monday I am 24 hours ahead of what my Doctor could have done. Absolutely a good experience.
