This is our second experience with this ED and they are top notch. These are the best doctors and nurses I’ve seen. I would like to mention them individually but they were ALL amazing. From our intake receptionist to the registration person to the lab, X-ray, CT, nurses, physicians, and dietary personnel. They were incredibly efficient, timely, and most importantly kind. Really nice people and they seem to care but they're grossly incompetent. They diagnosed me with a muscle spasm in my back and I went to go get a second opinion in mansfield and now im in the hospital waiting for surgery tomorrow to get my gallbladder removed. The doctor also treated me like an annoyance and a pest. I went back in after the Valium he gave me wasn't working and he seemed annoyed that I returned and told me he couldn't do anything for me. Always professional, always understanding, kind and caring. Hands down the BEST ER. The staff is always just above and beyond!
The nursing staff my mom had for the 3 days that she was in the hospital were amazing. That includes the nursing assistants. Courtney kept us so informed and up to date and also kept the doctor up to date. She was amazing. The nutritionists and meals were also very good. Rooms were roomy and had everything we needed to help her. Thank you
This place is terrible. Canceled my pain medication prescription for my shattered hand and knuckles because I used to be on a different medication. Wouldn’t even prescribe an otc pain medication either. If you break a bone and need pain relief just go to orthopedics cause this place won’t do anything for you.
