We have been with Nimble for a few years now and I have to say it’s been the best years for our business. Our finance team is happy with us for the first time in years. My name is April Averbach. I live in California and this year I had cataract surgery with my Dr. at NVSION . I had some difficulty getting my insurance (Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield) to coordinate with the Pacific Hills Surgery Center to return my advance that was requested on day of surgery, which should have been returned after the insurance was posted. They tried stealing money from my cash App without my knowledge until cash app notified me. I ddnt even know who they were. BeWare of this company. Matter what!!!
I would not recommend this billing service. We have had an awful experience with them handling our Medical practice ARs. Truly terrible.
