We contacted Dane on the 22nd May 2025 to cancel, spoke and then Holly i spoke with on the phone today and she and was completely un-compassionate, and again saying loose the $3,000+ (this is a total of nearly 4 months notice i provided before the show is due to take place at the end of September... Steer clear. Yet they'll happily take your deposits/full balances and then re charge some one else to put in your spot. After several events with the AUS Fitness Expo. We have decided to distance ourselves from them. As this group don’t value their clients. Last during the last day of the expo Dane comes over and sells me a stand for next year. The push for us to resign was incredible. However later we realised that Dane had sold us an event for Melbourne when we had requested for Sydney only. After this they started to chase us for $1300 cancelation fee during the cooling period.
