The staff is very welcoming and respectful. They are extremely attentive to every need.
I had my couch for only a year. It has rotting and damage inside of the couch that eventually cracked the foundation on the right side of the couch. Theysaid they don't offer warranties so I'm out of luck!

Bad Business, I ask for warranty after I bought my couch nobody help they don’t have warranty though. Be careful.
