We had a wonderful experience at this family-owned mattress store. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They have a great selection of mattresses in the store, making it easy to try different options and find the right fit. We were especially impressed with the quality of our Stearns & Foster mattress. The delivery process was smooth and professional, and everything arrived exactly as promised. It’s refreshing to support a family-owned business that takes pride in its products and customer service. Great customer service and wonderful inventory of some of the best mattresses available. We enjoyed our visit and learned a lot!
WONDERFUL helpful no-pressure service!
This place rocks! The best customer service-with the great products. Any issue, they address with the same enthusiasm that they sell their products with. We had a three year old mattress that had a sagging issue - no problem, we reported issue along with/requested information oin a Friday and on Tuesday we were notified that Sealy would replace. Once again, the same enthusiasm to service their products as to sell. We have purchased 5 mattresses and will buy from this wonderful family owned and managed business again
Made a call first, when they were closed and unexpectedly i received a call from Dagmar 1 minute after they opened. With no pressure she invited us to take our time to find the right mattress for us. We were not steered to the most expensive. We ended up buying 2 complete bed sets weekend getaway and our permanent home. Delivery was on time, professional and Nate (delivery guy) only left the house when he got a "perfect" from us. Could not be more pleased for start to finish. We will support this family owned business. PS Da... read more
