We had a fantastic experience with Brittney!! She went way above & beyond anything we could have expected with customer service!! She listens to your needs & asks all the right questions you didn’t even know you needed to answer! She’s extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about you & your needs! You can tell it is not all about the money like we’ve experienced at other places. She is a true gem!
We were highly pleased with our experience ordering a mattress and chest of drawers; in addition, with very prompt delivery service too! It was so refreshing encountering sale service about their various mattresses that was helpful and knowledgeable from caring, patient and personable, Brittany. We are very pleased with our purchases and feel the store has really good prices on their mattresses and furniture!
National Mattress is a great store. Today was my second excellent experience shopping there. Dagmar was especially helpful with the mattress and box springs choice I decided upon I recommend this place. My previous experience was over 4 years ago. 👍
We had a fantastic experience shopping here and were able to purchase a new mattress in less than an hour. We were greeted by friendly Dagmar who asked us a few questions, pointed us to the mattresses we came to lay on, answered our questions, and was very knowledgable. I had such a great experience here! Wonderful customer service! The staff was kind, patient, and really took the time to help me find the perfect mattress. They even delivered and set it up for me and took my old mattress and box spring out for me. I felt cared for through the whole process and left feeling confident in my choice. I love my new mattress! I’d gladly recommend them to friends and family.
