WONDERFUL helpful no-pressure service!
This place rocks! The best customer service-with the great products. Any issue, they address with the same enthusiasm that they sell their products with. We had a three year old mattress that had a sagging issue - no problem, we reported issue along with/requested information oin a Friday and on Tuesday we were notified that Sealy would replace. Once again, the same enthusiasm to service their products as to sell. We have purchased 5 mattresses and will buy from this wonderful family owned and managed business again
Made a call first, when they were closed and unexpectedly i received a call from Dagmar 1 minute after they opened. With no pressure she invited us to take our time to find the right mattress for us. We were not steered to the most expensive. We ended up buying 2 complete bed sets weekend getaway and our permanent home. Delivery was on time, professional and Nate (delivery guy) only left the house when he got a "perfect" from us. Could not be more pleased for start to finish. When in today was one of the most genuine and honest people we have talked to all day the lady was very sweet and had our best interest at heart purchased a twin mattress for a very good price. I highly recommend to check this place out if your looking for a good deal at a fair price :)
Best experience I have had trying to find a good mattress. Brittany was very helpful with her knowledge. She listened to my needs and gave me choices and suggested I try the mattresses for comfort. Highly highly recommend National Mattresd and Furniture.
