I know that the corporate office is quick to try and resolve complaints but the issue is that my direct manager is now retaliating to my first complaint and making work toxic and I am honestly scared to go back on Monday as I fear more back lash. National Management Resources is a great company to work with! They are efficient and incredibly responsive to client needs. If you are in need of a partner in facilities management, they are a stellar choice!
These folks don't listen to their employees, or complaints being filed..it's in one ear and out the other with them. Very double standard.
