Love the relaxing atmosphere. Sharon explained and taught how to do self massage at home. Sharon also waived my massage fee for last minute cancellation. I woke up with a cold the day of my massage appointment. After my massage I felt more relaxed and rejuvenated.
Jane the front desk attendant is helpful, knowledgeable and is willing to take the time to explain the scheduling process- and patiently answers any questions I pose to her. The NLC is lucky to have her.
You leave feeling so much better. Highly recommend.
I had swelling after surgery and heard the lymphatic massage would help but kind of brushed it off as voodoo. I definitely could tell a difference from the time I stepped off the table and highly recommend.
