Ill be honest, I had my doubts at first after reading reviews here and on other forums. They successfully handled my case and responded to every single email question that I had, as well as a few phone calls. These negative reviews are from people who did not follow the instructions ****/FDR sent them. As long as you follow the instructions you will be fine!
