They know what they are doing! They were professional and very helpful throughout the process. Don't wait until the last minute to send them what they ask for. Only drawback I had was that I had to ask for updates on a regular basis, as I have never had to deal with anything like this before. I would most definitely deal with NLG again should the need ever arise!

I was forced to use **** due to a court action by Discover - without getting into details, my family had some financial issues which we were resolving with a third party (not bankruptcy). Discover decided to be a bit difficult and we used **** to resolve the issue.**** were professional to me and my family, prompt with all communications and actions. Great experience, all things considered. Anytime I reached out for an update, I got a response within ****************************************************************************************************************** to accept any settlements. Just make sure to get the right info to them as soon as they need it to make everything move quickly and efficiently.

The Only thing you did for me, was refuse to help because of a Summons to Appear! Then I was thrown to the WOKVES that fed this drowning person all the tid bits , to have her trust in Consolidation Plus! Another ***************** What has happened to actually doing what you advertised as HELPING?!Disgust is how I feel??
